B4B Lugol's Liquid Iodine Drops -Review

I have been on the move searching for a good product for my thyroid. I have borderline hypothyroidism so I do not use medication per my doctor. As such I am seeking natural alternatives to assist my thyroid. I have tried several supplements, but I did not see a difference. I decided to keep looking, but to try iodine itself. I was able to try B4B Lugol's Liquid Iodine drops 2 Solution. The first thing I noticed is that you have to prepare the drops before using which makes me feel as though this is a good quality product. You mix 7 drops of water to 1 drop of the iodine. I prepare my in advance and leave in the refrigerator so each morning I take 2 drops of the mixture. I follow it with tea or water as it does have a slightly bitter taste. I see that others just add a drop to a cup of water. I might try that as well. I feel as though my energy level has increased. It has only been a week, but I feel good right now. I have been reading about the various benefits of Iodine and I am excited about this product. The body does not make iodine naturally, yet we need it. This is a good quality product. I am enjoying B4B Lugol's Liquid Iodine drops 2 Solution and so far its a keeper! I received this product in exchange for completing this honest review.

I am the GREATEST! I attended a fabulous Black History month musical at my son’s school. The music was great and the dancing as well. But there was one moment that really reached me. The music teacher paused for a moment and he said he wanted us to listen to this person. He said, I want you to figure out who it is. I listened, and this person was sharing that he was “Cassius Clay and he is the best, the greatest…” and I said, this must be Mohammad Ali (before he changed his name). He (Cassius Clay) went on and on and ON about how great he was and that no one was going to beat him. The teacher stopped it as Cassius Clay went on and on about himself. The music teacher shared that Muhammad Ali had confidence and that the children could do anything that they wanted to do with a little confidence. Living Outside My Little Box

I wrote this one a while ago.. I sat on it.. so here it is! One thing I like to tell people is that if you ask me a question, I will answer it. But, you do have to ask the right question.. LOL. I have been posing a question to myself and I had to take a good look at myself and my emotions. I said to God, can it be about me for a little bit? Well, I received an answer. Well, it hasn’t rained much since I purchased this umbrella, however I wanted to review it. This review is subject to change based on the lack of use to date. I have enjoying it and the fact that it looks small, but it is a full umbrella. My first thought was that this was a typical umbrella, but I was WRONG. It is quite strong for the windy city and I love that it has the buttons to open and close so there is no work for me, it is all automatic.
